Services

Five ways I help — and a sixth that doesn't have a name yet.

Most engagements start in one of these lanes. Plenty end up somewhere in between. If what you need doesn't match a bullet point below, ask anyway.

01

Process analysis

I document how a process runs today, compare it to how it's supposed to run, and identify exactly where the two diverge — before recommending anything.

02

Business process analysis

Zooming out from a single system to the workflow around it: who touches the process, where handoffs break down, and what a better version looks like operationally.

03

Troubleshooting

Something's producing the wrong result — a report, a batch job, a downstream record — and no one's sure why. I trace it back to root cause and fix it.

04

Integrations

Building and maintaining the connections between PeopleSoft and the other systems your institution relies on, so data moves accurately and on schedule.

05

Enhancement & feature design

When standard functionality doesn't quite cover a requirement, I design the configuration change, workaround, or custom feature to close the gap.

06

General business process work

These same skills apply outside of PeopleSoft. If your problem is really about a process, a workflow, or a broken handoff, I can help even if PeopleSoft isn't involved at all.

Where this applies

Across the systems that run a university.

Higher education runs on more than the student system. My experience spans the full breadth of what a public institution operates on PeopleSoft:

Applicants & Admissions Financial Aid Enrollment Course Scheduling Student Financials Graduation HR / Job Data Finance / GL

Not sure which service fits?

That's normal — most real problems don't arrive pre-labeled. Describe what's happening and I'll help figure out what kind of work it actually is.
